I let your personal wishes and the atmosphere of the house come together in a unique residential creation. I walk through the house with you, after which we are guaranteed to bustle with new ideas within half an hour. Whether that is a complete renovation or a custom piece of furniture.

No question is too crazy, I like a challenging project; Too little space? No peace in the design? Want to combine authentic with Modern? Small Budget but Big Dreams? I believe that you can make anything with creativity and craftsmanship. There is no greater satisfaction for me than seeing how in the end something beautiful can be created for every situation.

In addition, I work with all possible materials such as steel, wood, glass or stone. Combinations that are exciting and reinforce each other.

Scarcity creates creativity; whether it is a small space with big dreams, a combination between modern & authentic or a budget that feels tight. I love that challenge! Below are three recent examples.

A Tasting Room On 2M2

“Jos, I would like a tasting room in my house, but I only have this ‘closet space’ left.”

The space in this authentic Spanish villa is less than 2 square meters. In this wine room you will soon taste, smell and enjoy delicious wines. But how will that fit in this small space? With this challenge the creative wheels start to rotate: Where do I gain space? Can I go up? Which functions can I integrate with each other?

Apartment of 25m2 for a B&B

“Jos, I have a garage of 25m2 and I would like to build a nice B&B in it, complete with shower, kitchen unit, bed and sitting area.”

This challenging project required both functional and creative design. Where could I gain space? How could I use certain elements for various functions? In this case, the greatest profit was achieved by using the dividing wall of the bathroom and the bedroom as a cabinet and built-in element for the sink; Two birds with one stone. Now in use for a successful B&B.

“Jos, I want to have unique frames made for my paintings that are not only beautiful but really enhance the artwork, actually are art in itself.”

Every time I see a new painting, I immediately feel which combination of materials belongs to it. As in the painting on the right where I worked with stone panels of wood and rough brushed bare steel. The frame is made in such a way that the painting hangs freely in it. The artist Tessa Smits was pleasantly surprised by this idea. The artwork appeared to have the title “Set Yourself Free”. It couldn’t have been a better match.
